How long does shipping take?

Shegoa ships all orders via StarTrack Courier from Sydney, Australia. With a dedicated fleet of 750 vehicles around Australia, their priority courier service offers same-day deliveries within a defined metropolitan area of major Australian capital cities.

Standard: 3 – 4.5 hours

Express: 1.5 – 3 hours

Immediate: 1+ hours

After hours/weekend


  • Delayed delivery is not a basis for cancellation of the Product or a request for any compensation.
  • Shipping costs are Non-Refundable.
  • Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the receiver to locate packages. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you. We highly suggest you select a delivery address you trust and preferably one where someone is able to receive and sign for the package.

International orders shipping cost varies by individual countries. Once you fill in your shipping address details, the system will provide relevant shipping costs during checkout.


Payment of any duty and import tax is the responsibility of the recipient which are collected at the time of delivery excluding UPS I-Parcel Shipping. These charges are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and beyond our control. We are not able to estimate these fees as they vary from country to country. The best way to calculate the costs is by contacting your local carrier/customs office.

**If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund**

**The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning any item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable.**

**Once an order ships and is in transit it is not possible to cancel the order**


What is your returns policy?

We do not refund for change of mind purchases.

A refund will only be accepted if a product is faulty. If you believe your Shegoa product to be faulty, please email as soon as you can and include as many det as possible about the issue with the goods.

Items must be returned in their original condition; no refund can be made for products that have been used. Shegoa does not take responsibility for the costs for returning the products.

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit Card refunds, SECURE PAY or PayPal can take 5-10 business days to be processed.
