When you sign up for a Shegoa subscription you can be confident know that you will never run out of formula – the sight bottom of the tin will never bring with it a feeling of panic! You will also receive a 15% discount on single products, free shipping on every order and the flexibility to edit your order and choose your delivery date at any time – be that weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. We’ve made it as simple as can be, as it should be!

You can subscribe to any of our three products, once you have subscribed you will automatically be sent out your order.

Each month you will be charged on the same date you subscribed

We’re taking the stress out of feeding, we’re here for you. No more dashes to the pharmacy in your slippers at night… need we say more?

You can choose which of our products and how often you would like it delivered.

To subscribe, go directly to the product of choice and choose the method of subscription when adding to your cart. Please note, you will need to sign up or be logged in to enable the subscription method. Once you are logged in, complete the payment process with your preferred product and you are good to go!

Please ensure that you have enough funds on the designated card each month for the product to clear as if payment fails your product will not be able to be sent out.

Welcome to the Shegoa family, we’re so happy to have you as a subscriber! Your order will be with you shortly - usually X days after the successful payment (TBC with Mainfreight)

You can cancel your subscription at any time you like.

Simply log in to the website and click on ‘My Account’. From here, find the relevant order invoice and open it, then click ‘Cancel Subscription.’ When the popup window appears, click ‘Yes’ to confirm your cancellation.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay.

To update your shipping address simply login into your account and go to the Address Book to change your shipping address.

Of course! You can always edit your subscription to add or remove products. Just log in to your account, go to My Orders, click on Reorder under the Action tab then complete the Checkout process.

You can also just add the product through your shopping cart once you are logged in.

To view your subscription dashboard click on ‘My Account’

Then click on My Account to see your active subscriptions, voila!

Yes you sure can, just add it to your subscription cart.

If your payment is unsuccessful or your credit card is declined you will need to try with an updated payment method in order for your order to be processes

Once subscribed, your 15% discount will automatically be applied at checkout for you.

The cut off date to cancel or change your subscription will be your renewal date.
